For the Hefenhofen location, we are looking for a

Foreperson: Civil Engineering/Specialist Deep Construction

• Team leadership in work execution
• Representation of the company towards planners and subcontractors on smaller construction sites
• Promotion of construction site personnel
• Maintenance of construction site inventory as well as machinery and equipment park
• Achievement of daily goals
• Implementation of applicable regulations on occupational safety and health protection within the line
• Participation in reporting
• Management of smaller construction sites in the areas of specialist and deep construction
• Collaboration on complex construction projects
• Qualitatively flawless and timely execution of work
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety and local regulations
• Ensuring construction execution according to plan and contract, including the use of modern surveying equipment

• Experience in general civil engineering, ideally in specialist deep construction
• Experience with small and large drilling machines is an advantage
• Enjoyment of technical and construction challenges as well as a healthy pioneering spirit
• Good safety awareness and the ability to recognise opportunities and risks
• Team-oriented, creative, independent, and communicative personality with a flair for staff leadership
• Valid driving licence category B
