For the Hefenhofen location, we are looking for a foreman:

Foreman: Civil Engineering / Special Deep Foundation

• Group leader in work execution
• Representation of the company towards planners and subcontractors on smaller construction sites
• Promotion of construction site personnel
• Maintenance of construction site inventory / machinery and equipment park
• Achieving daily targets
• Implementation of applicable regulations on occupational safety and health protection in the line
• Participation in reporting
• Management of smaller construction sites in the areas of special and civil engineering
• Collaboration on complex construction projects
• Qualitatively flawless, timely execution of work
• Responsible for compliance with occupational safety and local regulations
• Ensuring construction execution according to plan and contract, including the use of modern surveying equipment

• Experience in general civil engineering, preferably special deep foundation
• Experience with small and large drilling rigs desired
• Enjoyment of technical and construction challenges and a healthy pioneering spirit
• Good safety awareness, recognising opportunities and risks
• Team player, creative, independent, communicative with a flair for staff leadership
• A category B driving licence is essential for your work
