Setup Operator: Punching Machines 80 - 100%

Your tasks include

• Setting up, changing over, and operating punching machines (50t-160t, Haulick / Beutler / Bruderer) as well as insert presses
• Independently changing over complex progressive tools during variant changes
• Monitoring series production and ensuring stable process quality
• Performing initial and series inspections with measuring instruments according to inspection plans and documenting the results
• Detecting and systematically resolving malfunctions in the setup and production process
• Contributing to standardisation, documentation, and continuous process improvement

You have

• a completed technical basic education EFZ in metal processing or a comparable qualification
• solid experience in independently setting up, changing over, and operating punching machines
• knowledge in sheet metal processing and handling complex progressive tools
• confident use of measuring instruments and inspection plans
• a precise, quality-conscious, and reliable working style as well as enjoyment in systematic fault finding
• team spirit, personal responsibility, and willingness to share knowledge and help shape improvements
• good German language skills, both spoken and written
