YOUR TASKS

• Active participation in the care of our emergency patients and ensuring high-quality emergency nursing
• Co-design and continuous development of processes in the emergency department
• Assuming leadership responsibility and representing the Head of Emergency Nursing during their absence
• Support in leading, promoting and coaching staff
• Co-responsibility for duty planning (PEP) and monthly closing
• Professional introduction and support of new employees
• Participation in the implementation of the qualitative and quantitative annual goals of the emergency department
• Promotion of appreciative and constructive interdisciplinary collaboration

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH, DN II or AKP
• Further training as a qualified expert in emergency nursing NDS HF
• At least two years of professional experience in emergency nursing
• Leadership training or willingness to complete it; leadership experience is a plus
• High professional and social competence as well as enjoyment in taking responsibility and leading by example
• Strong organisational and coordination skills combined with a solution-oriented working style
• Loyal, communicative and team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility
