Sales Employee Heating & Sanitary (m/f) 80 - 100%
Your tasks
- Telephone advice and support of our customers in the heating & sanitary sector
- Order processing from customer enquiry to delivery
- Active selling of our services and products as well as technical support
- Preparation of customer-specific offers and their follow-up
- Active collaboration with our field staff and employees across departments
Your qualities
- You have completed a basic technical education and have solid experience in the heating & sanitary sector, preferably trained as a heating or sanitary installer
- You have commercial flair, sales experience in internal sales is an advantage
- You know how to use the IT programmes available to you (SAP/ MS Office) effectively and appropriately
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written
- You are characterised by a proactive and independent working style as well as flexibility and team spirit
