Specialist in Application Management Health (m/f/d)
Role:
Do you want to work at the interface between IT and healthcare? In this position, you support the specialist departments in the use and further development of their digital applications and contribute to ensuring that the IT systems meet the requirements of clinical and administrative everyday life.
You accompany new applications from introduction to ongoing operation, coordinate with various stakeholders, and actively participate in digitalisation projects. People with experience in hospital operations and an interest in IT are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the operation and further development of various specialist applications
Support for users with technical and professional questions
Coordination of the introduction of new applications with internal specialist departments and external service providers
Organisation and support of application tests as well as software rollouts
Participation in ICT projects and management of defined subprojects
Development of IT concepts and creation of clear system documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification
Alternatively, professional experience in healthcare, for example in nursing, with an understanding of clinical processes and a strong interest in IT
Enjoyment of working with specialist applications and digital solutions
Independent and reliable working style as well as the ability to approach tasks in a structured manner
Strong communication skills, team spirit and motivation for joint development
Good knowledge of German is required
