Team Leader Payment Transactions (m/f/d)
The main tasks include the professional and personnel management of a small team as well as the reliable processing of daily payment transactions. You ensure the processing, approval and follow-up of customer payments, are responsible for central control and reconciliation tasks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. At the same time, you support internal departments and customer advisors and actively participate in projects to optimise and digitalise processes and systems. In doing so, you take on a versatile key role around
Operations, processes, digitalisation
As a basis, you bring a banking apprenticeship or commercial basic training as well as several years of experience in payment transactions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the EU/EEA environment is expected, experience with the banking system Finnova is an advantage. You are characterised by decisiveness, a sense of responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality. A quick grasp, analytical thinking and an independent, precise way of working complete your profile. You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
