Within outpatient and inpatient units, multidisciplinary teams provide comprehensive care, combining medical treatment, psychotherapy, and social support, in collaboration with external partners.
Job Description
In your role, you will offer psychological follow-ups as well as individual and group psychotherapies, managing the difficulties encountered by patients. You will develop tailored care plans and therapeutic and preventive interventions, thus contributing to comprehensive and proactive care.
Your activity is part of an interdisciplinary dynamic, working closely with multidisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, nurses, health professionals, etc.) at the Outpatient Centre for Psychiatry and Integrated Psychotherapy. As such, you actively participate in various meetings and clinical exchanges.
Throughout your activities, you ensure compliance with institutional guidelines, both in clinical follow-up and in the traceability of your services.
Qualifications
Holder of a Master’s degree in psychology (or an equivalent qualification), you possess a federal psychotherapist title or are engaged in advanced training towards obtaining it.
You have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in psychotherapy, which has allowed you to develop solid clinical skills and a rigorous, structured practice.
Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team, you actively contribute to the collective dynamic while demonstrating autonomy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility in your role.
You also have experience working with an adult population presenting mental disorders.
Interested in research and the evolution of practices, you are committed to continuous development and updating of your skills.
