Deputy Head of Department Housekeeping (80-100%)
starting August 2026 or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, you take responsibility in housekeeping and ensure smooth processes with your commitment – even behind the scenes. You have a lot of independence and can actively help shape things.
Your daily routine with us
- Supporting the Head of Department Housekeeping and deputizing during her absence
- Coordinating the workday and performing various administrative tasks
- Cleaning residents' rooms, public areas, and rental apartments
- Assisting in laundry services (ensuring the laundry cycle)
- Accompanying and supporting our apprentices in housekeeping
- Carrying out and planning special tasks (e.g., final cleaning, special cleaning)
- Organizing and carrying out material procurement and inventory management
- Ensuring compliance with prescribed safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines (e.g., instructions)
What you bring
- Completed training in housekeeping as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in healthcare (nursing home or hospital)
- Completed vocational trainer course
- Willingness to work weekend shifts
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people and a respectful demeanor
- An independent, reliable, and careful working style with a high quality awareness
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and appreciative collaboration
