Your Tasks

• Property responsibility for various properties in different regions (Central Switzerland / Zurich)
• Operation and monitoring of building services systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.)
• Carrying out minor service and maintenance work
• Performing minor repairs and initiating fault rectifications
• Inspection and quality assurance of technical and infrastructural systems
• Site cleaning and garden maintenance
• Support with special cleaning as well as care of indoor and outdoor areas
• Contact person for our clients, tenants, craftsmen and suppliers
• Handling various administrative tasks (reporting, obtaining quotes, etc.)
• Ensuring holiday cover within the team (occasional weekend shifts)
• Providing on-call and emergency services

 Your Profile

• Basic vocational training desired (specialist in facility maintenance or a comparable qualification)
• Basic knowledge in HVACSE areas
• Basic knowledge in operating building management systems
• Good technical understanding and enjoyment in performing minor inspection, maintenance and servicing tasks
• Organisational flair, flexibility and reliability
• Initiative, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• IT application knowledge of common Office programmes
• Driving licence category B
