Registered Nurse HF for the Wetzikon Centre
You suit us if you …
- have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- enjoy working independently and at the same time being part of a strong treatment team
- competently support clients as a key nurse or in case management, even in demanding situations
- work solution-oriented based on the nursing process and take responsibility
- network with general practitioners, palliative care teams, hospitals, care homes and other specialist agencies
- appreciate interprofessional collaboration and professional exchange
- actively participate in case discussions and reflect on the joint work
- record nursing documentation electronically directly with the clients
- want to take on various roles – for example as key nurse, day manager, role model or Spitex specialist
- are a reliable contact person for clients and their relatives
- work in a structured way, set priorities and organise your assignments responsibly
- want to develop professionally and personally, share your knowledge and support colleagues
- handle your own resources mindfully and reflect on your boundaries
- hold a category B driving licence and are mobile with your own vehicle or a company vehicle
