Export Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Our ROCKEN partner is an international company in the healthcare sector. With over 1000 employees worldwide, the company is dedicated to the development and marketing of holistic medicines and care products.
Responsibilities:
- Independent handling and coordination of all export-relevant processes
- Preparation of export documents and customs clearance
- Monitoring and control of delivery dates in close coordination with logistics and sales
- Contact person for international customers and suppliers on all export-related issues
- Continuous optimisation of export processes and identification of efficiency potentials
- Compliance with all legal regulations and rules in international trade
Qualifications:
- Completed training in foreign trade, freight forwarding or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in export, ideally in an internationally operating company
- Sound knowledge of customs and export law
- Confident handling of common export documents and tools
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent and results-oriented working style
- Fluent German and English skills
