For our Research & Development team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a technically skilled individual who will further develop our products with skill, curiosity, and their own ideas.
Technical Staff R&D / Design (m/f/d)
Waldenburg | 80–100 % | immediate start or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Development and design of mechanical assemblies and components for aviation instruments in 3D CAD and 2D CAD (Autodesk Inventor)
- Further development of existing products as well as participation in new developments
- Creating and maintaining technical drawings, documentation, and parts lists
- Technical feasibility assessments and support of prototypes
- Support for production, purchasing, and sales with technical queries
- Participation in exciting development projects and continuous improvements
- Input and management of R&D-relevant ERP master data and parts lists for mechanical instruments and onboard clocks
Your profile
- Training as a designer, polymechanic, precision mechanic, watchmaker, technical draughtsman, or a comparable technical education
- Experience with CAD systems or the motivation to develop further in this area
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for precision mechanics
- Enjoyment in independently solving technical challenges
- A structured, careful, and reliable working style
- Good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
- Interest in aviation, technology, and high-quality precision products
