For our Research & Development team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a technically skilled individual who will further develop our products with skill, curiosity, and their own ideas.

Technical Staff R&D / Design (m/f/d)

Waldenburg | 80–100 % | immediate start or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Development and design of mechanical assemblies and components for aviation instruments in 3D CAD and 2D CAD (Autodesk Inventor)
• Further development of existing products as well as participation in new developments
• Creating and maintaining technical drawings, documentation, and parts lists
• Technical feasibility assessments and support of prototypes
• Support for production, purchasing, and sales with technical queries
• Participation in exciting development projects and continuous improvements
• Input and management of R&D-relevant ERP master data and parts lists for mechanical instruments and onboard clocks

Your profile

• Training as a designer, polymechanic, precision mechanic, watchmaker, technical draughtsman, or a comparable technical education
• Experience with CAD systems or the motivation to develop further in this area
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for precision mechanics
• Enjoyment in independently solving technical challenges
• A structured, careful, and reliable working style
• Good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
• Interest in aviation, technology, and high-quality precision products
