Temporary Employee in Scheduling & Inventory Management

Introduction

Our client is seeking support for the inventory management team.

Tasks

• You assist with daily scheduling and liaise with the plants and customer service to ensure optimal product availability
• You independently conduct inventories at sales partners throughout Switzerland (including Romandy and Ticino).
• You use and update dashboards to analyse over-/understock at various locations and identify discrepancies
• You contribute to balancing stocks to ensure efficient availability of gas cylinders
• You apply your acquired knowledge to update existing process descriptions
• You calculate optimal stock levels, support the inventory management of sales partners, and help actively develop the tools further

Profile

• Ideally, you have SAP knowledge and experience in supply chain management
• You are characterised by a very independent, proactive and structured working style as well as quick comprehension and strong communication skills
• Fluent German as well as good French and English skills (level B2)
• A category B driving licence and a car for nationwide inventories in Switzerland are mandatory
• Workload: 80-100% is possible
