Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Modern 5-Axis Technology

Tasks

Independent setup, operation and monitoring of 5-axis CNC machines
Manufacture of demanding precision parts according to drawings and specifications
Program optimisation as well as corrections to CNC programmes
Quality control with modern measuring instruments
Participation in process optimisations and continuous improvements

Requirements

Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical training
Experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally on 5-axis machines
Knowledge of programming is an advantage
High quality awareness
