As a lawyer in the Staff and Communication team, you will handle a variety of legal issues and support the management as well as the specialist departments of Stadtwerk Winterthur in legal matters. An exciting area of responsibility awaits you.Your tasks
- Handling legal issues from public (all levels of government) and private law
- Review of legal remedies, drafting municipal regulations, legislative proposals and city council resolutions
- Contract review and drafting as well as advising specialist departments in contract preparation
- Supporting management and specialist departments in legal matters and close cooperation with the City Administration of Winterthur and the Department Secretariat
Your profile
- Completed studies in law
- Experience in public administration and/or the energy sector is an advantage
- Strong action and decision-making competence, assertiveness, technical and legal basic understanding and a networked way of thinking
- Ability to set priorities correctly and high resilience
- High customer orientation, good communication and negotiation skills as well as confident expression
