• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP warehouse management processes
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions and functional specifications
• Perform initial solution testing and ensure solution quality and business fit
• Advise business stakeholders on SAP EWM projects, rollouts and change requests, taking ownership of the solution design and implementation
• Maintain deep understanding of business processes and SAP module functionality
• Design, optimize, and safeguard the global SAP EWM template in collaboration with process owners and business stakeholders
• Deliver training sessions for key users
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, and validation
• Act as a key interface between business functions, process owners, and the Run organization

• Degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of hands-on experience as an SAP EWM Consultant
• Strong expertise in warehouse and logistics processes within SAP EWM
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex topics and projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Intercultural awareness and sensitivity
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English and German
