Your Tasks
- You create and coordinate budget planning, carry out profitability calculations, and monitor compliance with financial guidelines in collaboration with department management.
- You are responsible for periodic accruals in the closing process and ensure transparent financial reporting.
- You prepare financial reports and analyses for department management, providing a solid basis for business decisions.
- You analyse cost centre and cost unit accounting as well as the range of services of the clinics and identify optimisation and control potentials.
- You advise department management and clinics on financial matters, support the implementation of improvement measures, and actively participate in projects as well as the further development of controlling processes and instruments.
Your Profile
- You have completed business administration training with further education in controlling or a university degree (FH/Uni) with a focus on finance/controlling.
- You bring an initiative, assertive personality with high personal responsibility and strong communication skills at various hierarchical levels.
- Ideally, you have experience in an acute hospital environment and are familiar with the specific data, service, and value flows in healthcare.
- Your working style is strongly analytical, numbers-oriented, and consistently goal- and result-oriented.
- You possess very good MS Excel skills; knowledge of BI systems (e.g. Qlik Sense, TIP HCe) is an advantage.
