As a Swiss partner of Marsh, we have been part of a network of specialists from all areas of risk management with extensive experience in managing global insurance programmes since 1998.
For our market area in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated individual who, with an entrepreneurial mindset, vigour and enthusiasm, identifies new potentials and sees challenges as opportunities.
What to expect
- You will drive the targeted further development of the corporate client business in the Zurich region.
- You will build sustainable relationships with our defined target customers and develop these into long-term customer relationships with Kessler.
- You will arrange initial meetings and define the next steps for successful collaboration.
- You will be responsible for concluding cooperation agreements and ensuring a professional and smooth onboarding of new customers.
What you bring
- You are a communicative personality with a pronounced sales flair, high self-motivation and enjoyment of active customer contact.
- You have a commercial basic education with business management further training or a solid education in the insurance environment.
- You have several years of work experience in the insurance sector, ideally in corporate/business with medium and large companies.
- You communicate fluently and confidently in German as well as negotiably in English (spoken and written); additional knowledge of another national language is an advantage.
