Area of Responsibility
You are responsible for the successful completion of your projects in the segments "commercial office buildings", "residential buildings", "industry" and "services" and have an overview of costs, quality and deadlines. You accompany your assigned team of planners in the respective project tasks and are the competent contact person for our clients and partners.
Your main tasks are
- independently plan and realise demanding projects from the preliminary study to commissioning and handover to the client
- keep an overview of costs and utilisation thanks to internal project management
- create concepts as well as fee offers and application documents
- take responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines
- apply your expertise and social skills both in leading project teams and in contact with other specialist planners or architects
What you bring
- You must have completed an apprenticeship as an electrical planner + preferably higher education
- Experience as a project manager in a planning office
- Experience in electrical project management of building services systems
- Comprehensive CAD skills for plan processing
- Proven experience as a planner
