Facility Coordinator / Technical Operations Agent

Your tasks:

- Management and monitoring of technical facility maintenance
- Meter readings and consumption monitoring
- Management and execution of troubleshooting activities
- Planning and supervision of teams
- Monitoring client requests and tickets
- Various concierge tasks (cleaning/waste management)
- Management and support of subcontractors
- Technical on-call duty if needed

Your profile:

- Federal VET Diploma as operations agent or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in French
- Good knowledge of computer tools
- DRIVING LICENSE MANDATORY
- Autonomous and proactive
- Organized and able to prioritize
- Sense of interpersonal skills and service
