About the job

Your responsibilities include

Overall responsibility for the personnel, professional, organisational and economic management of the nursing department with around 150 employees
Ensuring high nursing quality and efficient use of resources
Shaping the strategic direction and further development of the institution
Close collaboration with the chief physician of the clinic in the dual leadership system and promoting an interprofessional leadership culture
Further development and positioning of nursing within the organisation
Professional responsibility for nursing in the outpatient clinics
Designing transformation and change processes as a member of the executive board and strengthening managers in their implementation

You bring with you

Solid specialised training and further education as well as SRK recognition and professional practice permit
Leadership or management training and several years of leadership experience in a comparable role
Networked and entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
Ability to reconcile different interests, set clear goals and provide orientation even in change processes
Convincing leadership personality with high quality standards and willingness to shape
Strong reflection, communication and conflict resolution skills
Experience in the outpatient environment is an advantage
