Your Tasks
- Management and coordination between doctor, nursing staff, the secretariat, and patients
- Reception and care of patients
- Appointment coordination as well as general secretarial and administrative tasks
- Support of nursing in medication and material management, in preparatory discussions for endoscopic examinations, blood sampling, and care of patients before and after examinations
- Assistance during medical examinations, for example in sonography / contrast medium sonography and functional diagnostics (pH-metry, manometry, and breath tests)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with prior experience in gastroenterology desirable
- Open and sociable personality with enjoyment of patient contact
- Team player, flexible, resilient, and motivated
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
