About the job
The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden is currently being comprehensively modernized through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed individual as of September 1, 2026, or by agreement for the position of
Nutritional Counseling (m/f/d)
30% workload
With this, you support us:
- You support our nutritional counseling and take over the deputy role in their absence
- You ensure professionally sound nutritional counseling for our residents
- You develop documents, instructions, and guidelines within the framework of nutritional counseling
- You participate in interdisciplinary case discussions with a focus on nutrition
- You support the implementation of diet planning in collaboration with the kitchen management and the diet kitchen
- You advise speech therapy on diet and nutrition issues during swallowing assessments
- You actively contribute to the prevention and treatment of malnutrition
- You accompany residents with underweight or overweight
- You clarify questions regarding allergies, intolerances, and nutrition-related complaints

- You have completed training as a Nutritional Counselor FH (BSc) or an equivalent qualification
- You have good user knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You have already gained experience in participating in projects and in the further development of processes
- You have an independent, structured, and networked way of working
