The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable and committed individual starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
In this role you will support us by:
- Supporting our nutritional counselling and acting as deputy in their absence
- Ensuring professionally sound nutritional counselling for our residents
- Developing documents, instructions and guidelines within the scope of nutritional counselling
- Participating in interdisciplinary case discussions with a focus on nutrition
- Supporting the implementation of diet planning in collaboration with the kitchen management and the diet kitchen
- Advising speech therapy on diet and nutrition issues during swallowing assessments
- Actively contributing to the prevention and treatment of malnutrition
- Accompanying residents with underweight or overweight
- Clarifying questions regarding allergies, intolerances and nutrition-related complaints
You can convince us with:
- A completed education as a Nutritional Counsellor FH (BSc) or an equivalent qualification
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in participating in projects and in process development
- An independent, structured and networked way of working
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
