YOUR TASKS

• Support for client advisors in all matters of consulting and servicing external asset managers

• Execution and control of client orders (stock exchange, foreign exchange, payment orders, etc.);

• Processing of account openings, balance checks, and mutations; creating and maintaining client data; cash management

• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and compliance according to internal policies and standards (e.g. account openings, payment instructions, etc.) in collaboration with the client advisor and the team head

• Monitoring of balance and maturity lists, title entries and deliveries

• Telephone contact with clients and administrative support for a demanding clientele of external asset managers

• Preparation and follow-up of client visits

• Independent and proactive management of pending tasks

• Deputizing within the team during absences

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial banking training

• 2-3 years of professional experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager or similar role in Private Banking or Intermediaries

• Good knowledge of Private Banking banking products and services

• Enjoyment in contact with external asset managers

• High degree of resilience, independence, and flexibility

• Interest in financial markets and current world events

• Balanced personality with a positive outlook on life

• Good organizational skills, precise working style, team player

• Good MS Office skills

• Fluent in German and good English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
