Metalworker for Customer Service and Repair with Customer Contact

• Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work on windows, front doors and sliding systems
• Rectifying malfunctions on fittings, seals, glazing, insect protection and metal cladding
• Independently performing adjustment and retrofitting work on site
• Independent handling of customer service orders at the customer
• Advising customers on the maintenance and optimisation of window and door systems

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter, joiner or metalworker (EFZ, EBA)
• Experience in the field of windows or doors is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working
• Customer-oriented, well-groomed appearance and ability to work in a team
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Possession of a category B driving licence is mandatory
