Your Tasks
- Holistic care and support of geriatric patients (m/f/d) in acute geriatrics and GFK
- Implementation of basic and treatment care in compliance with applicable hygiene regulations
- Preparation, accompaniment and follow-up of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Activating care to promote mobility, independence and everyday competence
- Proper nursing documentation and observation of patient progress
- Close cooperation with relatives and all involved professional groups
- Active participation in the multiprofessional team as well as involvement in the establishment and further development of the geriatric ward
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Interest in working in geriatrics, acute geriatrics and early rehabilitation
- Motivation for further training, e.g. ZERCUR® Geriatrics (can be acquired during employment)
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with older, multimorbid patients (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Resilience and structured way of working
