Your Tasks:

• Deployment as Foreman in Building Construction: Take responsibility for site management and ensure a smooth process.
• Compliance with Safety Regulations and Accident Prevention: Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and guarantee the safety of employees on site.
• Control of Construction Process: Monitor construction progress and ensure all work is carried out on time and to quality standards.
• Employee Supervision: Lead and motivate your team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• AVOR (Work Preparation): Support the efficient planning and organisation of construction projects.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in construction or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a foreman or in a similar position in building construction
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
• Leadership skills and team spirit
• Good organisational skills and assertiveness
• German language skills, spoken and written
