The Finance, Legal & Services department is responsible for the entire accounting as well as all legal aspects of the Andermatt Swiss Alps Group. Finance, with around 15 employees, is responsible for the entire accounting and controlling of the company.
To support our accounts payable team, we are looking for a team-oriented, committed and communicative personality.

What you can achieve

• Checking, coding and booking of accounts payable invoices, credit notes and expenses
• Preparation and posting of payment runs as well as reconciliation of bank accounts
• Posting and reconciliation of construction accounting
• Settlement of company credit cards
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations as well as support during audits
• Various administrative tasks (e.g. contract filing, system maintenance and master data maintenance etc.)
• Performing various reconciliations, evaluations and analyses
• Participation in digitalisation projects

• Commercial or equivalent training with preferably further education in accounting (level accounts payable clerk in finance and accounting)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Professional handling of ERP systems as well as good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Independent, precise and forward-looking way of thinking and working
• Business fluent German and intermediate English skills in spoken and written form (B2)
