We are a growth-oriented Swiss corporate group specialising in long-term investments in established companies in the fields of joint seals, fire protection, and waterproofing.

For one of our profitable and firmly established companies in the market, we are looking for a committed entrepreneurial personality who takes responsibility, brings in their own ideas, and shapes the next growth phase together with us.

You are not taking over a turnaround project, but a healthy company with a well-coordinated team, an existing customer base, and significant development potential.

Your task – You shape the future of the company

As Managing Director, you bear overall entrepreneurial responsibility. You lead the company independently and develop it with foresight, vigour, and a clear focus on what matters.

In doing so, you set your own priorities:

• Entrepreneurial leadership: You manage the company independently and further develop the strategy together with the Board of Directors.
• Inspire people: You lead and promote a well-coordinated team, create clear structures, and establish a performance-oriented, appreciative corporate culture.
• Drive growth: You maintain existing customer relationships, open up new business opportunities, and strengthen our market position.
• Ensure operational excellence: You keep an eye on quality, deadlines, resources, and profitability, supporting your team where it matters.
• Take responsibility for results: You manage sales, profitability, and liquidity and unlock economic potential in a targeted manner.
• Shape the future: You modernise processes, drive digitalisation forward, and create the foundation for sustainable growth.

Your profile – Entrepreneurial in thinking, leadership in action

We are not looking for a pure administrative personality, but someone who gladly takes responsibility, makes decisions, and gets things moving.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Several years of leadership and result responsibility in an SME, preferably in the fields of joint seals, waterproofing, fire protection, or a related construction sub-sector.
• A good understanding of project business, site operations, and the demands of discerning customers.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking as well as a sense for growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• The ability to lead, motivate employees, and achieve ambitious goals together.
• Commercial understanding and confidence in handling business management key figures.
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented working style and the willingness to pitch in yourself when necessary.

For us, titles or diplomas are not decisive, but your personality, experience, and ability to successfully lead a company.
