What are your tasks?

As a working student, you support us in ensuring the timely collection of all receivables. We place great importance on creating a balanced approach between maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring punctual payments.
In this role, you will gain insight into various areas of Credit & Collection, such as Collection Management (dunning process), Credit Management (assessment of our customers' creditworthiness), Debt Collection & E-Billing. We offer flexibility in this role, with the possibility to work more or less depending on your study plan.

What you bring:

Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Accounting/Finance

Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong service mindset

Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers

Very good German and English skills – French or Italian an advantage

Experience in sales is an advantage

Good user skills in MS Office (especially Excel)
