Tasks

• Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships
  
• Recruitment and placement of skilled and auxiliary workers in temporary and permanent positions
  
• Conducting interviews and personal support of candidates
  
• Preparation and presentation of candidate dossiers
  
• Advising customers on all personnel matters
  
• Conducting contract negotiations and accompanying the entire placement process
  
• Supporting employees during their assignment
  
• Market observation and identification of new business opportunities
  
• Building a sustainable network in the region

Profile

• Completed vocational training with professional experience or further training in the sales sector
• Professional experience in sales, recruiting, customer service or a comparable function
• Enjoyment of telephone and personal customer contact
  
• Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
  
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high initiative
  
• Structured and goal-oriented working style
  
• Confident appearance and perseverance
  
• Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
  
• Driving licence category B
