HR Specialist with a Flair for Numbers 70-80%
The position is to be filled by March 1, 2026, or by agreement.
This is your task
- You support and advise our managers and employees on all personnel-related and labor law issues
- In recruitment, you not only find the best talents but also help to further strengthen our employer brand
- You regularly create reports and analyses
- In optimizing our HR services, you enrich us with your ideas in various HR projects. You also have the opportunity to lead projects yourself
- You will be supported in your daily tasks by a small, motivated HR team and take over representation in the areas of consulting, payroll, administration, and social insurance during absences

This is what you bring
You have a commercial basic education and further training as an HR specialist. You have preferably gained your several years of professional experience also in the healthcare sector. We are looking for a person who is at home both in consulting and in the numbers-oriented HR world (payroll, controlling). Your high IT affinity and your enthusiasm for the further development of social media are a great plus. If you are also a winning, communicative, and resilient person with an independent and reliable way of working, then you may soon be part of our team.
