How you contribute to success

• Leading a team of approximately 8 to 10 employees
• Planning and coordinating work assignments and resources
• Developing processes and promoting employees
• Setting up, operating, and optimising machining centres on a flexible manufacturing system
• Ensuring compliance with quality and deadline requirements

• Production specialist or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing
• Strong social skills in dealing with employees
• High commitment, initiative, and sense of responsibility
