Programme Management Strategic Financial Planning

Tasks

• Strategic management and further development of the overall city investment planning as well as, if necessary, measures to improve results.
• Preparation of complex financial policy decision-making bases for the City Council and other committees.
• Leadership and coordination of cross-departmental steering, prioritisation and implementation processes.
• Conducting analyses as well as establishing and further developing effective monitoring and reporting.
• Targeted preparation, presentation and communication of complex financial policy and business management issues.

Profile

• Completed business studies or university of applied sciences degree as well as experience in finance, controlling or administrative environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to assess complex financial and strategic issues and develop well-founded decision-making bases
• Experience in coordinating cross-divisional processes and confident manner in dealing with various stakeholders from administration and politics
• Enjoyment in building and further developing steering, reporting and monitoring instruments as well as a good understanding of business management contexts
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex content appropriately to the target audience
