What you can achieve
- Responsibility for demanding revision, repair, maintenance, and occasionally new installation work on technically complex systems, facilities, and operating equipment in the areas of sanitary, compressed air, and ventilation
- Maintenance and documentation of fibre optic and copper cable networks as well as the associated infrastructure
- Carrying out 24/7 on-call duties and independently managing conversion and modernisation projects at assigned Real Estate locations/areas
- Execution and coordination of switching operations in low and high voltage networks as well as supervision of external craftsmen
- Maintenance, updating, and archiving of technical documentation for electrical installations and automation (GLS/MSRL)
- Processing invoices, cost control, and project reporting in SAP
What you bring with you
- Basic training as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician with relevant further training in the field of activity
- Practical experience in building technology and industrial environments combined with pronounced all-rounder and hands-on skills
- Enjoyment in training and passing on expertise to apprentices
- User experience with SAP (invoice processing, cost control)
- Knowledge of CAFM systems (facility management software) for documentation and management of technical systems is an advantage
- Driving licence category B as well as valid operator course HAB and forklift licence

About the department
With a team of 10 building technicians, you maintain around 50 buildings that are on average 40-50 years old and help keep them in good condition. In addition, you can actively contribute your knowledge to smaller projects.
