We at Spitex Uster, a business unit of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to work with us to ensure and advance outpatient care, support, and assistance for around 40,500 residents in the City of Uster and the Municipality of Mönchaltorf.
Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counselling, domestic help and support, as well as the Spitex shop. We are also a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring, and individual care, support, and household assistance. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar surroundings or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

Spitex - Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF 60 - 70%
Your main tasks
- Taking on cross-team assignments, including professional responsibility for colleagues
- Resource-oriented care and support of our clients
- Providing basic and partly complex treatment nursing services
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
What you bring
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Flexibility, good organisational skills and resilience
- Social competence and commitment
- Enjoyment of care and support as well as high independence
- Strong customer and service orientation internally and externally
- Communication skills, good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Digital fitness for daily electronic administration
- Optionally own car (with mileage allowance from Spitex) or driving licence category B; alternatively, e-bikes are available
