Job Description
In this varied role, you support our field sales team in managing our most important key accounts and ensure smooth processes for our customers. Specifically, this means:
Key Account Support: Here you advise our customers, prepare offers, accompany product launches and phaseouts, and plan sales forecasts in close coordination with the customer as well as service level management together with logistics.
Customer Development: You independently manage and specifically develop our D-customers to unlock untapped potential.
Lead Management: You are responsible for generating and qualifying leads in defined growth areas, thereby laying the foundation for future growth.
Complaint Management: You coordinate the complaint process for your customers in collaboration with quality and logistics.
Master Data Maintenance: Initiating the creation of new customer and article master data rounds off your tasks.
Qualifications

Education: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics.
Experience and Know-How: Initial experience in inside sales or sales is an advantage. You have a confident and proficient handling of common MS Office applications; initial experience with ERP (ideally SAP) and CRM tools (ideally SAP C4C) is desirable.
Personality and Working Style: You work independently, in a structured and customer-oriented manner. In addition, you are a true team player with high self-motivation and flexibility.
- Languages: You communicate fluently and confidently in French and German (preferably bilingual).
