What you will help shape

As a working student, you actively support the sales organization in daily business, including maintaining the sales pipeline, updating the CRM, creating presentations, and conducting market analyses. In close collaboration with sales, presales, and marketing teams, you help bring our SuccessFactors solutions to the right customers – enabling companies to create better workplaces, empower their employees, and ultimately contribute to making the world run better. The position offers you practical insights into enterprise software sales in a dynamic and international environment.

Your tasks include:

• Maintaining and tracking the sales pipeline as well as updating the CRM system
• Supporting administrative tasks such as reporting, data entry, and data analysis
• Assisting in creating pitches, presentations, and slide decks
• Supporting the sales team in delivering excellent customer experiences

What you bring

• Student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
• Enrolled student (m/f/d) at a university or college
• Preferred fields of study:
• (International) Business Administration
• Finance / Accounting
• Business Informatics
• Economics / Econometrics
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Language skills:
• Fluent in spoken and written English and German
• Additional language skills are an advantage

• At least 1 day per week working in the office in Zurich required
