Court Clerk 50 - 60%The Administrative Court is the highest cantonal court authority in the field of administrative law. The 3rd Division primarily assesses legal remedies in the areas of spatial planning, construction outside building zones, social assistance, criminal and measures enforcement, healthcare, police matters and protection against violence, road construction and road usage, traffic, expropriation, animal protection, legal supervision as well as causal levies.
To complement our team, we are seeking a Court Clerk 50 - 60% starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
Tasks
As a Court Clerk, you will draft motions for judgment, participate in decision-making with an advisory vote, and be responsible for the editing of judgments.
Profile
After completing your law degree (Master's level) with very good qualifications at a Swiss university, you have already gained professional experience and demonstrated your interest in public law issues through practical or scientific work. Ideally, you hold a lawyer's licence and/or a doctorate. Professional experience in the judiciary is an advantage.
You recognise the essentials, can quickly grasp complex matters and present them in a clear manner. Your strengths lie in a structured approach and careful working style. You work independently and efficiently, are resilient and a team player. The interesting and demanding work requires the ability to work precisely in legal matters and linguistic agility in drafting and editing judgments. You also enjoy familiarising yourself with previously unknown issues and areas of law and appreciate controversial legal discussions.
Offer
The salary is based on the enforcement ordinance to the personnel law (starting from salary class 19).
