Your area of responsibility
- Personal and economic assistance for individuals and families according to the Social Assistance Act, SKOS guidelines, and internal regulations
 - Counseling people in difficult life situations
 - Drafting and implementing decisions of the Social Committee
 - Mediation of social and/or professional employment and integration measures
 - Independent case and file management
 - Assertion of financial claims against third parties
 - Collaboration with internal and external specialist offices
 
Your profile
- Degree in social work HFS/FH or equivalent training
 - Several years of professional experience in social assistance and social insurance law is an advantage
 - Very good communication skills, professional conduct even in demanding situations
 - Resilient and team-oriented personality with high social competence
 - Affinity for numbers as well as administrative and organizational skills
 - Good IT user skills (Tutoris)
