Your area of responsibility
- Operational implementation of the applicable sales strategy through efficient and targeted sales, marketing, and acquisition activities in the Wädenswil region (including Rapperswil, March Höfe, Einsiedeln, and the left Zurich lake shore)
- Activation and processing of leads as well as acquisition of new customers
- Support and processing of existing customers and utilization or exploitation of the respective potentials regarding the best possible and needs-based solution in sun protection
- Responsibility for the sales budget of the Zurich region and sales division concerning quantity and price quality while adhering to valid standards and regulations (sales policy, contract management, etc.)
- Traceable reporting on achieving quantitative and qualitative sales goals and activities

What you bring
- Technical basic training with a high affinity for sales with further education in sales or business administration
- Own network and regional anchoring in the sales region
- Several years of successful sales experience
- Market and industry knowledge in the construction-related trades, sun protection industry preferred
- Good and secure negotiation skills
- Well-groomed and representative appearance
- Winning manners, sociable, independent, and resilient
- Sales talent, ambitious, and strong in closing
