About the job

• Co-design, planning, and implementation of the pre-opening and opening phases
• Close coordination with outlet managers, head chefs, and central interfaces in the resort
• Ensuring operational readiness through defined standards, training, and processes
• Management and coordination of cross-departmental projects with HR, purchasing, IT, technical services, and marketing
• Implementation of F&B concepts into functioning operational processes and structures
• Active support in operational business during critical opening phases

• Several years of experience in pre-opening projects or task force deployments in hospitality
• Strong project management skills in planning, prioritization, and implementation
• High operational competence in restaurant or hotel operations
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and the ability to keep an overview even in dynamic phases
• Assertiveness, communication skills, and confident demeanor when dealing with various stakeholders
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
