Property Manager 80-100% (a)
Your tasks:
- You will independently manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- You are responsible for the regular and extraordinary maintenance of your properties and ensure smooth operations.
- You will independently carry out handovers and takeovers of residential and commercial spaces.
- You are responsible for preparing reports, planning and managing budgets, and ensuring correct accounting including service charge statements and transparent cost control.
- You are the central contact person for owners, tenants, caretakers, tradespeople, and authorities, and impress with your professional communication – both written and verbal.
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training as well as a professional certificate in property management (or equivalent)
- Sound expertise in property management, especially in accounting and service charge statements
- Clear, binding and customer-oriented communication with various stakeholders combined with a professional demeanour
- Digital affinity as well as a structured, reliable working style with a high level of service and customer orientation
