Reservations Coordinator (m/f/d)
from now or by arrangement

Your tasks

Advise and support our guests at the highest level during their reservation
Ensure smooth workflow in reservations
Support your supervisor in all sales and reservation matters

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role or commercial experience in back office
Confident communication in German, English and French
Structured, independent and reliable working style
Enjoyment of sales and individual guest care
Experience with hotel software Protel and reservation systems is an advantage
