- Active collaboration with field staff
- Handling the concerns of our brokers
- Ideally, you have experience in a multi-industry insurance and are interested in a versatile activity across all insurance sectors.
- Customer support by phone and counter
- Opening claims and handling minor damages
- Support in remediation measures

- Several years of insurance experience, preferably with VBV
- High customer orientation and always friendly and helpful demeanor
- Confident German in spoken and written form
- Independence and flexibility
- Structured and precise way of working
- Calm and confident manner even in difficult situations
