About the job

• Independent handling and planning of residential, commercial and industrial buildings from project design to execution
• Communication and coordination with authorities, planners and contractors
• Further development of architectural concepts considering design, technical and economic aspects
• Creating and coordinating project, execution and detail plans in 2D and 3D with ArchiCAD
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and application of SIA standards
• Active communication and close collaboration within the planning team

• Completed architecture studies (ETH/FH) Experience in Swiss execution & detail planning
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
• Sound knowledge of Swiss building law and application of SIA standards
• Experience in leading and organising planning teams
• Design understanding and interest in architectural quality
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills in dealing with clients, authorities, specialist planners and within the planning team
