Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing in Turning
Activities
- Manufacturing of individual parts and small series according to technical drawings and specifications
- Setting up and operating our modern 5-axis machining centers and CNC lathes
- Performing conventional turning and drilling operations
- Inspecting workpieces according to applicable quality regulations
- Co-developing and planning individual fixtures for production
- Creating and optimizing CNC programs with Mastercam (optional)
- Regular maintenance of the machine park according to the maintenance plan
- Active participation in the improvement of components (KVP)
Requirements
- Training as a polymechanic in the manufacturing specialization
- Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines
- Good spatial imagination
- Reliable, flexible, responsible
- Team player
- Good programming skills (Mastercam) are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
