Engineer Extrusion & Process Technology - 100 %

• You develop our existing plant park further and optimize it together with the production sites of the group.
• You support investment projects in the area of compounding and extrusion and contribute to the technological advancement of our production capacities.
• You conduct process engineering trials to increase economic efficiency, energy efficiency, and process reliability.
• You plan and accompany production trials within development projects – especially with alternative polymers, additives, carriers, and new developments.
• You analyze, evaluate, and optimize existing production processes as well as internal workflows.
• You initiate and implement technical improvement projects to increase plant availability and operational safety.
• You supervise scale-up productions from development projects and ensure a stable transfer to series production.
• You work closely with development, production, quality assurance, and maintenance – for holistic process optimization.
• You document trial results, evaluate them, and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• You conduct training for employees and actively participate in the training of our apprentices.

• You have a completed degree in plastics engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have a technical basic education with further training (HF, TS) and bring many years of practical experience.
• You have already gained several years of experience in compounding and extrusion, ideally in the plastics or construction industry.
• Process engineering, materials science (polymers, additives), and extrusion processes are part of your daily toolkit.
• You plan, conduct, and evaluate trials in the laboratory and production environment confidently and bring project experience in investment and optimization projects.
• You can evaluate trial data in a structured manner and present technical results clearly.
• You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented.
• Even in a dynamic development environment, you keep an overview and set clear priorities.
• Responsibility, initiative, and implementation strength characterize you.
• You master German in spoken and written form.
