• You handle customer requests before, during, and after their stay

• You manage guest reception according to established procedures

• You supervise the management of emails, phone calls, and reservations outside office hours

• You oversee invoicing, cash management, and client cardex follow-up

• You establish active collaboration with internal departments and the reservation service in Lausanne

• You handle complaints according to the defined procedure

• You supervise the sale of services, products, and hotel points of sale

• You monitor cultural events in Neuchâtel and its surroundings to inform guests

• You communicate fluently in French and English, and professionally exchange in German

• You manage your work with organization, rigor, and attention to detail

• You build excellent relationships thanks to your team spirit and communication skills

• You handle stress effectively and demonstrate curiosity and adaptability

• You supervise the use of PMS software (Opera Cloud is a plus) and master the Office Suite

• You apply your knowledge in accounting and sales techniques to support your tasks
